Cancellation and Refund Policy for makemyhistory.com

All services offered on makemyhistory.com involve irreversible network fees and permanent data storage anchoring on the Arweave Blockchain.

No Refunds: Due to the nature of permanent storage on decentralized networks, once a payment is completed and the archive data is transmitted and initiated into a Block/Chunk by the Admin, the service is considered final. Cancellations and refunds are strictly not permitted under any circumstances once the data is anchored to the Permaweb.

Any exceptions to this policy prior to actual Permaweb submission are solely at the discretion of the Admin team and will be evaluated on a strict case-by-case basis.

Currently, the platform allows you to upload photos and text directly via the portals to generate a standardized Archive PDF. Custom video uploads are currently not supported.
